Cobourg Street

Located in downtown Ottawa off of Rideau street the apartment is within walking distance to uOttawa, and the 7 stops right outside the door and will bring you straight to Carleton. Right across the street from a park and close to all amenities. Coin laundry is located on site and shared by the three other apartments in the building. The room is pretty small, but is big enough for a double bed and dresser, and also has a closet. The room will be unfurnished it just currently has the furniture of the person moving out in it. The room will be available starting August 1st.

We are two 21 year old Carleton university students. One of us smokes but only outside of the house. We are clean but a little bit disorganized. We are not big partiers but do have guests over. We prefer staying up late to getting up early but are respectful of who we are living with and won’t cause excess noise when you need quiet.
