The apartment is very well located - 7 minutes walk from metro Mont-Royal (and 30 seconds from a bus), pedestrian proximity (1 to 5 minutes) to supermarkets, Ronas pharmacies, shops, parks, restaurants, bixis, and cafes that make life on the plateau convinient and pleasant.

the apartment includes:

• A beautiful living room (+ dining space) which opens on a large private garden (where I planted a small vegetable garden).
• A kitchen open on the living room with a practical island for quick morning breakfasts.
