Theresa's room

Live in a fourplex located right beside the riverside and right in the middle between downtown and the University of Windsor. The apartment is a 2 bedroom, with a living room, dining area, 1 bathroom, and kitchen. The apartment is on the top floor with a balcony. There’s a front entrance and a back entrance. You would have your own parking space in the back If you have a vehicle. Also, have a laundry unit in the basement in the storage room. The other bedroom comes partially furnished with a bed. Total rent for the apartment is $1200 but would be split so it’s $600 each. Even though it doesn’t come with internet and utilities, we can share the cost of both.

I am 25, currently a graduate student at the University of Windsor and I also work part-time on top of school so I have a busy schedule. The other tenants in the fourplex are mature adults.
