2nd floor south-facing room with a view over central Burnaby. Room approx ~140 square feet including closet. Very large, private and breezy apartment in the top corner of the building. Laundry in-building, parking stall available. No dishwasher (please wash dishes asap). Shaw 300 internet and hydro included. The living room is big enough to split into TV/dining area and easy to share. A very social cat named Egg lives here. 5min walk to R5 stop - 10min to Commercial, 15 to 20 min downtown. Quiet street near Hastings - Burnaby Heights (great restaurants) and trails/parks along the inlet about a ten minute walk north.

My name’s Colin, I work with Lookout Housing (nonprofit running services in the downtown east side) and study various things/am finishing a degree at SFU. Looking for someone chill, open-minded - no hard expectations, but others in social work/health care or services/hospitality are welcome. I like literature/philosophy/art/etc. I love biking, hiking, and looking at (sometimes even being in) nature. Wreck beach is my favourite spot in Vancouver (don’t draw too many conclusions).
