So, I have a friend who rents a duplex, downtown Burlington, on Caroline st. The landlord is looking to find a respectable person to rent the other half of the duplex. Its a 1 bedroom with living-room, kitchen, bathroom, and it will be all yours, with a driveway and of course seperate entrance.

The location is amazing!! It is right by a path, at the end of Caroline. I mean, minutes walk to Nofrills, bars, the lake, etc.!!! It’s awesome! 😁😄

It is all inclusive. High speed internet as well. 🤠

We are hoping to find someone who is a chill person, and wants trust worthy neighbours, who are also kind, open-minded, respectful, understanding, and just genuine. 🤗😊

Sadly, if you are hoping to get a place to have loads of parties and be loud day in day out, then this is not for you. While we do like to listen to music, and have friends over, we don’t do it every day, and we are looking for someone who is understanding of that, and will essentially work well as a neighbour. Due to it being a duplex, the walls aren’t all that thick in the kicten/ living areas, because that’s where our walls are attached. 🙃

I hope this makes sense lol! I’m not saying you can’t enjoy your home and have ppl over, just rather it not be an every day lifestyle, where the music is blasted, and ppl are loud at all hours of the night. I think that’s reasonable though. 😜

We are super chill ppl ourselves and are really looking forward to finding someone who will enjoy the area and home as much as we do! 😎🤓🤗

The $950 deposit, is just last months rent. You will have a lease, and again, its a private apartment in a duplex, in an amazing location! 😍

Atm. I do not have any photos, due to the current tenant still being there. I am told they will be leaving sometime in July, and the place will be available August, or September.

** update** As it stands, the tenant is still there. Due to this, there cannot be any viewings, as well I do not know just yet when they are moving out. I am waiting to hear back on that account. Doubt it would still be occupied in September. So, for now, anyone who is interested, feel free to let me know, and when I have more information, I can better inform you and answer your questions.**

It’s a duplex. On the the left side of the house, will be my friend and myself. On the right side of the house will be you on the main floor, seperate from us, and seperate from the man who lives on the upper floor on the right half. He is so quiet that it’s an inside joke, as to whether or not he even exists lol. So, you don’t need to worry about hearing him up there. 😊

P.s. the photos are not the best, bc it’s hard to see on street view , since it is mostly on Caroline st. But for some reason its listed on Clark. Will take more soon. ✌🏼
