It’s a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom partially furnished basement suite located in Oak Bay. I’ll need to get some stuff once my roommate leaves like a table for the living area. Your room will be unfurnished. I’m looking for a roommate who I can get along with, pays the rent on time, is quiet, ideally around my age range, respectful of the space, cleans after themselves. It’s not a party building, but small gatherings are totally fine.

Your half of the rent would be $850 a month, which includes all utilities except for coin operated laundry. It is also potentially a well behaved cat friendly building, with a pet deposit of 1/2 months full rent (850) and references.

It’s a very quiet, safe neighbourhood with lots of parking on the street, communal storage in the house, and a communal garden in the backyard if you’re interested in that! It is also walking distance from Royal Jubilee, plenty of bus stops headed to UVic or downtown Willows Beach, Save On Foods, Walk in Clinics, and Oak Bay Ave!

I am a 27 year old who is currently working 5 days a week at a dog grooming shop. In my off time I enjoy cooking, video games, socializing with friends when I can and just mellowing out. I’m a very laid back as long as we get along as roommates and respect each other’s space and privacy.
