I am looking for a professional roommate to take up the other room from 1st September 2020. You will share the home with myself and will have your own personal bedroom and washroom. Washroom is right outside the bedroom. The living room has a couch coffee table dining table and televison… The rooftop patio has table and Chairs… Kitchen has all Appliances with in suite washer and dryer… Parking available at an extra cost of $150 a month…

Apart from the rent you will share 50% of utilities (hydro, gas, water, tenant insurance, Internet).

Only one person allowed to take up the room on rent. Not available on sharing basis.

No smoking and no pets policy.

AAA roommate required with good credit score, employment letter, pay stubs and reference for old landlords. The landlord will verify all the details and will cross check all information before giving the go ahead.
