My apartment is in a great location. It is less than 10 minutes to Mont-Royal metro and Sherbrooke metro. Close to both green and orange metro lines. It is also close to local bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. Perfect for students who wanna live in the Plateau! Commutable to mcgill and concordia. The apartment is very close to Parc Lafontaine, one of the best parks in Montreal!
The apartment is furnished, with everything you see in the photos. It comes with in- unit laundry (which also doubles as a storage room), there are kitchen applainces (fridge, stove and, sink). My room includes a double bed, has a closet, and is large (10 by 9 feet). There is a private balcony at the back attached to the kitchen.
