WHAT TO DO: The house 20min walking from Vancouver’s iconic Spanish Banks Beach, Jericho Beach, Locarno Beach, Yacht Club. If you like to run, walk, bike, go to the gym or swim you are going to love this neighbourhood, there is a fitness center with indoor pool 5 min walking from the house. The park next to the house feels like sunny private park. There are plenty of restaurants and stores around 5 min walking as well as a major grocery store and good price-quality produce.
