I am renting the other bedroom in my condo in liberty village, room has a closet and you would have your own washroom. The building is brand new, with amazing amenities including a rooftop pool with a CN tower view. Other amenities include a party room, a gym, a yoga room and a lounge area. The 504 street car stops directly in front of the building, and inside the building there is a longos grocery store, shoppers drug mart, Canadian tire and a winners. Rent is $1500 all included (hydro and internet included)

I work full time and am gone most of the day (before covid) I prefer someone clean and tidy, quiet on the week days, other than that I’m not too picky.
