Arcola Private

Rent price is to discuss between the 3 or 4 of us (open to rent to a couple) This is a premium location and living. We would share the full house. it’s a 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathroom. You would have your own private bathroom. There will be a mini home gym in the basement as well as the washer and dryer, first level there is a living room with fire place with access to a fenced private backyard. Main level amazing kitchen (you’ll see) huge living room (yes 2 living room with couch and tv) and dining area. Then upstairs the 3 bedrooms and our master have an ensuite so the other bathroom is yours The smallest room will be an office or a guess room I haven’t decided yet hehe It would be month to month and everything is INCLUDED, toilet paper, any kitchen stuff like foil paper ziplock ect, garbage bags, dish soap or laundry soap ect (if you want) cleaning products ect plus of course all utilities and Internet. Only your food you’ll have to buy. One parking spot available and there is visitor parking as well. I have 2 mini poodle mix. One doodle 3years old and one shepadoodle 14years old. They don’t shed, (I’m allergic to animals) they are the sweetest thing. Google arcola Private to give you an idea of the area (I go run around the river next to it it’s gorgeous) We’ve been living on a townhouse for 3 years, had 3 different roommates, first one moved back to England second one moved to Toronto and the last one is currently still with us and has been with us for almost 2 years and decided to move in with friend she made over here. Unfortunately the townhouse we live in now the owners are selling so we are moving to a different one in September and we are looking for someone for that place.
