Looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo
Date available: Available immediately or August 1st
Roommate term: Asking for 6 months - 1 year but can be flexible with this
Major intersections: Adelaide and Jarvis
Neighbourhood: In the beautiful St. Lawrence Market neighbourhood - 5 minute walk to the market, 10 minute walk to the Financial District. and 10 minute walk to the nearest subway station (Queen station)
Price: $1250 monthly
You will get a furnished private bedroom and private bathroom. The bedroom doesn’t have a window but has a frosted glass sliding door that allows sunlight to come in. It comes furnished with curtains to block out the light when desired. What’s included in price:
- Ensuite laundry
- Full amenities (Gym, yoga room, party room) NOTE: amenities are currently closed cause of covid-19
- 24 hour concierge
Utilities and internet will be additional and split between the both of us.
