Hi subletting my gorgeous room in a two bedroom apartment located in the heart of Ottawa in the Golden Triangle. It’s situated right next to the Rideau Canal. The apartment is large and spacious and newly renovated, all appliances are new and top of the line. The laundry machine and dryer Are located in the apartment. Water and gas is included with the rent.

I absolutely love this apartment and it’s definitely a rare find. I’ve decided to move back home since I’m working remotely now and I have to let this place go. You would be sharing with my current roommate who is an engineer in her early 30s. She works a lot and is quiet and respectful. You would have the common area to yourself and you’re free to arrange it to your liking. My roomies only request is that the sublet be female as well!
