Hey, I am subletting my furnished basement unit in a two story home in central Mississauga available August 20 until January 20. The room comes with a new private bathroom, a separate bedroom and heaps of space. It is furnished with a Queen-size bed, desk, chair, a small shelf, a rack for clothes and some other furnishings. You will have one car parking available and access to the garage. The house will be shared with three other housemates, all working professionals. The house itself is bright and spacious, two living rooms, backyard with access to BBQ and laundry. Rent is $635 plus utilities and Internet (split between all tenants). The house is just off Eglinton and Hurontario, bus stops are nearby. Square one is about a five minute drive away. 2 Parks are in walking distance. It’s a very quiet and friendly neighborhood.
