I’m looking for a down-to-earth roommate to share an awesome 2 bedroom condo with me downtown in the iconic Woodwards building. The unit is on the 33rd floor with the most amazing views of the ocean and mountains … plus a BBQ on the patio. The place comes completely furnished. Hoping to move in this fall in October or November.

Honestly, I’m tired of paying $2600 for a 1-bedroom downtown and I figure its time for me to save some money and share a nice 2-bedroom with a solid roomie.

The 2nd bedroom is $1750 per month. Rent includes utilities and high speed internet.

Underground parking can be made available for an additional cost.

About me: I’m 29 years old and work in the local tech sector. I’m quiet, don’t party and rarely host friends. My home is my sanctuary so I keep things clean and organized - I’m a bit of a neat freak. I go to the gym pretty much every morning and spend a lot of my time outside. I love hiking, camping, motorcycling, and staying active. I’ve always wanted to live in the Woodwards building as its so conveniently located in the heart of downtown and Gastown … literally less than 5 minute walk to Waterfront Station. Not to mention, the views. The unit has spectacular North Shore views and so does the gym.

I’m hoping to find someone similar who is easy-going, drama-free, clean, quiet and respectful. Ideally a young working professional. All genders welcome. Just be cool and friendly :)
