Emily's room

LOOKING FOR 3 ROOMMATES! This is a downtown location right in the heart of downtown Toronto! Right by Ryerson, the Eaton centre, Grocery stores, and anything you may need or want! I have already rented one of the upstairs rooms. Each room comes with its own en-suite bathroom, and there are 2 floors that are looking for tenets, two on the third floor and another on my floor (2nd floor). There is a balcony on the 3 rd floor for everyone and a kitchen on the 2nd. No pets allowed, no smoking inside at all but there is a balcony, the landlord is looking for female tenants (if it was up to me everyone would be included!) and no internet is included but we can work something out, no more than $50 split between 4 people! I’ll try to attach pictures of the rooms available!

I will be living on the second floor, my name is Emily! I am a pretty quiet person and I keep to myself, 420 friendly, a member of the LGBTQ+ community, a lover of music and good food, and just chilling idk I don’t do too much and stay out of others way but I do enjoy good people around me and the company and safety of others!
