Hey there! This is a 3 bedroom basement in which you would be renting out the third room. It is currently being renovated for us to move in, so the move-in date isn’t exactly set in stone. However, we are aiming for some time in September. So unfortunately since its being renovated there are no pictures, but I can send you photos of it pre-renovated if you would like. Its pretty spacious, and will have a full kitchen and bathroom that we will all share. A separate entrance is currently being built! This is on a month-to-month basis, but you can stay however long you’d like. We just require that you give us at least 1 month’s prior notice before moving out.

Hey there! My boyfriend and I are renting out a 3 bedroom basement and are looking for a roommate for the third room! I want to put a disclaimer right here that I do have a dog, and Im not sure how well she will behave with other animals in the home. Im open to a play date with another dog but again, I don’t want anything bad to happen unsupervised so we prefer if you don’t have any pets. (just for the safety of the both of them!) She’s a little apprehensive of others so she won’t bother you too much (unless you want her to!) and she keeps to herself. She is a furry dog and I try my best to clean but there will be some fur inevitably around the house! We love to play video games and hang out, so if theres any fellow gamers/anime fans out there we’d love to have you! I do enjoy cooking and am more than happy to cook for all of us if we all contribute to the groceries. We like to keep things generally clean, we arent perfect and I dont expect you to be either! As long as we respect each other’s space and boundaries it’s all good here. We are both in our 20’s and are going to school and working.
