Hey you!

The apartment is a 10min walk from Atwater Metro in Westmount and it’s really bright with big windows and high ceilings. We are a 5min walk from Avenue Greene (shops, groceries, coffee shop, etc.). Both, the bathroom and the kitchen are renovated! Feel free to add your touch to the apartment (arts or anything you want) :D! There is a big living room, we have a washer and a dryer AND a dishwasher (amazing, right??). It’s a quiet apartment located on the backstreet, on the top level!

The available room is next to the living room, with a big window and very spacious! The monthly rent is 671$, not including wifi and hydro (wifi is 21$/person and hydro is 30-60$/person depending on the season).

There are also furnitures to sell from the previous roommate (bed, mattress, pillows, duvet/cover, desk, chair, armoire, shared furnitures/kitchen appliances - total 500$ negotiable with Thomas)!
