It’s a fairly large apartment, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Tom has his own master room so the shared bathroom will be with me (25 y old female). It’s a great location, 10 min walk to Metro Guy-Concordia and downtown, or a 2 second walk to the 144 bus route. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Awesome for students. Parking available.

Tom is a 22 year old student from NY (originally from Paris so his French is much better than mine). He’s usually at work, out with his girlfriend or cooking up a storm. Really chill guy, very charismatic and sweet.

I am a 25 year old student from Alberta, I just moved here right before the shit hit the fan. If I’m not in my room minding my business I’m probably out ordering coffee in broken French, exploring the city. We tidy our spaces as we go, and help each other out with household responsibilities. We’re actually pretty dope roomies I’m not gonna lie 🤣 come be our friend, let’s have a picnic on the roof and watch the sunset. Or you can ignore us and do you 🤷‍♀️
