The townhouse is a great location for students, its about a 10 min walk from UVIC and a 5 min walk from Tuscany village. The townhouse is a corner unit so its bright and spacious with green area all around. There is lots of space to spread out as there is a dinning room, large living room and a small sun room. There are 3 furnished bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

I’m a 20 year old female going to school full time at UVIC. I like having organized and clean house. I’m respectful of peoples spaces and I love to bake so there will often be baked goods up for grabs. I enjoy going hiking and relaxing by watching some Netflix. I have a small/ medium rescue dog who is very sweet. I am looking for female roommates and would prefer someone close to my age.
