I have a room for rent in furnished suite. The suite is in a brand new house. There is a full kitchen and washroom, which you share with a very mature young tenant. He is very easy to get a long with. We are looking for someone who is a non smoker of any kind, non partier, has no pets, non drug user, etc. The $850 covers everything, hydro, cable vision, internet. There is street parking, and laundry onsite. This place is close to all amenities. The suite has two bedrooms. The existing tenant has is own bedroom, the prospective tenant will have the other bedroom.
