No Lease,no credit check as long as you can prove that you are financially able to pay your rent on time or couple days early $1300/month (rented) $1000/month (available) -Included utilities,internet and laundry machine to use after 7pm Mon-Friday or anytime I’m the weekends and holidays The room is furnished with brand new bed,mattress,duvet,pillows,bedsheets ,wall unit with drawers and hanging bars to keep your clothes, desk with new comfortable chair also we can buy a flat screen tv and hang inside your bedroom wall to watch your shows if you need one or if you have a tv you can bring and we can mount it (mounting for tv is ready it’s behind the painting above the desk) You can use the kitchen utensils ,pots ,pans as long as you clean and put them back in the same spot. you’ll be sharing a brand new full bathroom with 1 very nice professional female who doesn’t mind to share with any gender. 3 months or longer I am searching for a professional, clean,fun responsible,respectful, individual who is good in sharing the common areas ,but knows how to enjoy life after work specially on the weekends and holidays but very careful and use mask when he/she goes out. The area is very safe and vibrant and it’s very close to the distillery ,the king st car loop around nearby and queen st car is very close too. Theres Pub,brewery ,coffee,restaurants shop,groceries Td,YMCA just outside the Condo & few steps to Corktown park, you’ll never get bored in this area. I am searching for a professional or student to rent for 3- months or longer Because of Covid I’m lowering down the rent for 3 months from $1100 to $1000 November to January

Sometime I’m thinking not to rent the room until the covid stop but if you are very careful and you are not sick I can show you the room please look at theboicttees,check the area and if you think you like it about 80% then come and see but if you just bored and not sure what your looking for please just stay home and sleep in it.
