We are located in the Central location minutes to very much everything, minutes to UBCO, airport, bus stop, minutes walk to Dr Knox school and North Glenmore Elementary school, minutes drive to lakes , winery, orchard, Parkinson centre , hospital , downtown , shopping centre and amenities and much more .The house is located in the corner of Cul de sac with a nice, family oriented and safe neighborhoods. Across from the house is a Naito park, a good place for relax and hang out . The best neighborhoods with only 8 houses around . The ground floor suite has private entry, a parking spot plus road parking, laundry and dryer , deck with mountains views, very open and spacious place with lots of windows and lights and It’s a good home, comfortable and very cozy. The living room has Fire places and 52inceh TV . The suite is only 2 years old and we have been hosting international student in the past 2 years. All included and furnished. I am a very outgoing person, but I will always respect my roommate’s personal space, and I will not bother if they are working or studying. I always ask my roommate if I will have friends over so they do not feel uncomfortable. I am usually out for school or work, but with online school, I will probably be home most days. I am usually a very laid back roommate. I might have some people stay overnight because I am an international student, so some friends might come and visit.
