This will be a 4-month sublet/lease transfer, but the landlord is open to resigning with a new tenant for another year.

This is a large condo with 1 bedroom + 1 large den (perfect for an office or another bedroom) and 2 bathrooms. Indoor parking and ensuite laundry are included. This unit is pet-friendly. It has a wonderful balcony facing the courtyard and there are lots of amenities like a pool and a multi-use court. This unit is only a 2 min walk from lots of restaurants and a bus stop.
A credit check, employment check, and references will be needed.
