I am looking for a roommate to share my 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment. You will have your own bedroom & full bath across the hall. The apartment is located in Midtown. Spacious living room & two balconies. There is no hydro in the building, but if you want the internet it is also another $50/ month. I have a cat, and the apartment is fully furnished. I am not home too often, I’m a student & I work full-time. I’m pretty easy going, and would love to find someone cool to live with! First & Last is required. You will be a subletter, but happy to write up a signed contract. I’m pretty clean so I’m looking for someone who is as well- photos of the room/ bathroom are a bit messy, my current roommate is in the middle of moving out. Available ASAP
