Virtual tours only edit: 1 room has been rented 2 bedrooms will be available to rent for September 1st in a 3-story, 4 bedroom, war-time house near downtown. Each bedroom is $625 a month plus utilities which average about $80 per person. This is also a lease takeover. The lease ends Nov 1st but is completely renewable beyond that for however long.

The house is queer inclusive (if you’re not queer yourself you must be at least queer inclusive).

The 2 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor and quite spacious with big windows but have slanted, low ceilings. The landlords are very nice but live in Poland so for any repairs or house issues the contact is the property manager who lives just down the street and is very responsive and has been great to us during our time renting here. The house is very large with a huge dining-living space with big windows. The kitchen has a not even one year-old dishwasher and stove and as well as a decently sized fridge/freezer. There’s no yard but there is a large front garden, a front porch, and a back porch. There’s one bathroom on the 2nd floor. There is laundry that is shared with the downstairs tenants who are a small family and have never caused any issue for us.

There’s parking on the street all year round as it’s a one-way street but no designated parking spots. The house is also a 10-15 minute walk to Guelph Central Station and near bus stops for routes 12 and 13.

One tenant currently staying here has no plans to move in the near future and the other is staying until at least November 1st.

The tenant considering moving has 2 cats that are well-behaved though 1 does have minor incontinence issues due to senile episodes but he rarely steps foot outside of her room. She uses she/her pronouns, has 2 reptiles, loves doing art, and playing video games.

The tenant who is staying is a University of Guelph student who uses they/them pronouns. They tend to keep to their room, enjoys playing video games, doesn’t have any pets but is okay with other roommates’ pets, and is doing a double major in Bio-Sci and History.
