The condo has 2rooms and 2full bathrooms so we will only share common areas like living room, laundry, kitchen and balcony.

The guest room is available w/ private bathroom. This is a new building with laundry in the unit, package receiving, security in the building, AC and all new kitchen appliances ( has not been lived in) There is no parking included but its a 10min walk to the Eglinton station.

It’s located near Eglinton ave west and Allen road. The unit will be available on sept 1st. Please reach out if you are interested, can’t wait to meet you!!.
