I’m looking for a housemate to stay in the basement of my house. I bought the house last year and fixed up the basement over the summer! It’s fully furnished basement bedroom kitchenette hybrid with a separate full bath. The bedroom has a single bed, mini fridge with freezer section, microwave, sink, 2 burner electric cooktop, dresser with mirror, desk and chair. Appliances brand new!! The bathroom is full with a brand new toilet and lots of shelf space. You’ll also have full access to my main floor living room that I never use which has a couch and a huge bookshelf. You can also use my kitchen on occasion if you need to use an oven. The house is located 60sec walk from Mountain and Salter (R2W 1H4) I dunno why the add keeps putting the wrong postal code. It’s also 60sec walk from a 24/7 Shell! Mountain and Salter is a major intersection with major bus stops. I’ve never been late for a bus because of how close the stops are to the house haha 30secs if you run, 60secs walk and I’ve been told 2minutes in heels haha

I’m a PhD student at UofM Bannatyne and I drive to work every day. I’m happy to drive you to the grocery and other random places on occasion when I’m available. I’m pretty flexible and amenable to any special requests or preferences you may have. I’m really chill and laid back. There won’t be any hard and fast rules or times or anything. Do as you like! All I ask is that you be respectful and the top floor would be absolutely off limits. We don’t need to be best friends but I’d really like it if we were cool enough to get along, haha. Feel free to ask anything you like. I’d be more than happy to accommodate reasonable requests :)
