My unit is on Huntley Street – major intersection is Bloor and Sherbourne. The unit is a two bedroom, one bath apartment. The unfurnished master bedroom is available. Laundry is not within the unit but in the building and parking is available. Water and heat is included with rent, hydro/internet is separate. I do love pets but from afar! Unfortunately no canine or feline friends due to allergies. AC is in the living room and we have a beautiful long balcony (pictured), which gives us an excellent outdoor space in the summer, as well as a rooftop swimming pool/sauna.

The building is linked to Greenwin Square mall aka you don’t need to go outdoors to get groceries! No Frills, McDonalds, the post office and Rexall are all within the building. We are steps from the Sherbourne subway station and about a ten-minute walk to Yorkville. Our walkscore is a 90! *The furniture photographed will be changing :)
