Hello, We are located at the closest intersection of Dundas street west and Scarlet ave. The Humber river and many bike paths are located nearby. We are offering one room that if furnished. The living room, bathroom and kitchen is a shared living space and fully equipped. Rent includes all utilities. There is underground parking if needed, for an additional 75$ per month.

We are a couple (aged 24 and 27) looking for 1 roommate. We are clean and respectful and expect the same from our roommate. Move in date will be October 1st. First and last month rent required.
