English will follow L’appartement est spacieux et possede un balcon et une terrasse. On est en train de changer un peu la décoration pour le rendre plus moderne. La chambre et l’appartement sont déjà meublés, avec laveuse/secheuse, et la chambre possède aussi un dressing. Au niveau du quartier, il ya a plein de petits restaurants ou manger, plusieurs bars et des épiceries accessibles à pied. Il y a aussi un parc (avec un parc à chien) juste en face de l’appartement, on a la vue dessus depuis le salon. Le gros plus de cet endroit est que pour les étudiants il est facile d’accéder aux différentes universités (Les 2 campus de Concordia en 15mn, l’UdeM en 30mn).

The apartment is spacious and possesses a balcony and a terrace. We are currently changing the decoration a bit to make it more modern. Both the apartment and the room are furnished, and the room had a dressing included. The neighborhood is filled with lots of small restaurants, there’s a few bars at walking distance and also grocery stores. There’s also a park (containing a dog park) right in front of the building. There are also a lot of shops on the main street. The big plus with this place is that is very well located if you’re a student: you’re about 15mn away from both Concordia campuses, and 30mn away from Université de montréal.

Hi, My name is Victor and I’m a 3rd year undergraduate from Concordia university, I study biology. I’m French and got to Canada 4 years ago to study and play football. My roommate is Roger, he’s also at Concordia and just started studying commerce. He’s also French, and also plays football with me at Concordia. Since we’re both French natives it could be nice to have somebody that’s French-speaking, but if you don’t it’s no problem: it will give us a good opportunity to practice our English!
