Adam's room

Hey! My place is an ~850 sq. ft. apartment on the edge of Yaletown on the 27th floor with amazing views and is close to literally everything you need. There an en suite washer, dryer and dishwasher, a gym, great public spaces, a massive storage locker and an available parking space.

I have a very sweet 13 year old hypoallergenic Maltese-Westhighland Terrier who still acts like a puppy and a snuggly grey tabby cat who thinks he’s a human.

I’ve furnished the entire apartment rather nicely and the living room would basically be yours as I spend 90% of my time in my bedroom or at my girlfriend’s house.

Your room is smallish, but not by Vancouver standards. It comes with a twin bed/frame, closet, coffee table and a 42“ TV - all of which you can remove if you like. There’s still room to put a desk or anything you like :)

I’m a late-thirties professional who still lives a rather young, active lifestyle (my roomie moving out is mid 20’s). I’ve lived in Yaletown for 11 years yet wholly miss small town Nova Scotia, where I’m from. I’m a craft beer enthusiast, gamer, avid kayaker, soccer junkie and doggy-dad. I eat healthy, puff occasionally, clean frequently and, pandemic aside, like to hit up a lot of live music.

I’m down for movie nights, shared dinners and the occasional foray out into the city to show you around if you like but otherwise will give you a lot of space.
