Looking for a roommate/ flat mate to share the unit with. Female only. No pets. Ready to move-in. Flexible in terms of length of duration and move-in date. Shared kitchen. First and last month’s rent upfront.

Near Rogers Center. Close to union and king subway stations, King Street and Spadina streetcars are close by. Near 24-hour Tim Hortons, 24-hr convenience store. Close to King West, Lake Ontario, university of Toronto.

The bedroom is away from the other room so you will have privacy. There are glass doors on one side so lots of light coming in. Furnished with a twin bed, table and mattress in the room - if you like to bring your own, that’s ok too.

Student, international student or working professional welcome as long as you’ll keep the place clean, pay rent on time, and be quiet and peaceful.
