Right across from Sheridan College. I need confirmation by August 30th for move in and the room will be available to move into after the 7th of September (confirmation is done by sending Septembers rent by the 31st of august. Septembers rent will be decreased to 650$ as the room will not be available for move-in till after September 7th)
