We have 2 rooms available for rent upper level at Airport Road and Derry Road in Malton Mississauga. Need to share the kitchen, laundry, living room and 1 full and 1 half washroom with other girls. Half washroom is upstairs Rent will be $425 per person.WiFi Included, utilities Included and Parking also available. Rent will be $850 for 2 girls. WiFi Included, Parking also available. Walking distance to public transit (TTC, My Way, Brampton Transit Utilities are included(heat,hydro,water), WiFi Included Non-smokers/vapers and non-drinkers Parking available, access to big backyard from kitchen Requirements: First and last month rent are required along with Job letter, most recent Pay stub, and government issued photo ID for rental agreement

There are 2 Indian girls living there. One girl is working other just had a 12 days old baby.
