Looking to rent out a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in the new splitrock construction. The apartments range from 1600-1750 (based off floor and layout) but are all modern. There are disability accessable units with lowered counters and open bathroom concept ($1600) available which split the entire apartment down into two (rooms on seperate ends). Quiet and am open to social gatherings but not wanting people over every second. Love to work out and am an avid PC/console gamer. Have a very friendly cat names Momo who has been socialized with people and other cats, so other cats are welcome. Also have a car.
