Kay's room

The home features 2 living room areas, upgraded kitchen and washrooms, one full bathroom on the top floor and half bath on the lower level, washer & dryer available, as well as a large fenced backyard with big patio, bbq, shed and furniture. The closest bus stop is about 650m walk away, hazeldean mall is 15 minutes away, eagleson park and ride is a 5 minute drive and located just one road down from kanata high tech place.We currently have one master bedroom ($750) located on the top floor, a medium bedroom ($650) on the bottom floor and a small room on the bottom floor ($450). The house will come furnished but you are more than welcome to bring any furniture of your choosing! The master comes furnished if you’d like but the small one does not as it can comfortably fit a twin or full, so it’s up to you which you would like. The price listed includes the room (furnished/unfurnished), free parking on the driveway, lawn maintenance, snow removal, kitchenware and extra storage in the basement if needed :) hydro, internet, cleaning & gas are not included and will range per month depending on usage which will be split between everyone in the house. Must be okay with pets as we have a dog, 2 bunnies and guinea pigs in the home who will be staying with us. My partner and I are both in our early twenties and are university students looking to rent some rooms in our bungalow style home in kanata. We currently have one other female tenant in her late twenties. We are all quiet, clean and easy going :)
