4 rooms share: full bath & half bath (other 2 rooms have private bathrooms) Laundry, kitchen, living rooms and yard are shared by all

All rooms are all inclusive of all utilities and high speed wifi.

Weekly cleaning of main areas included. Option to have your room cleaned for a small fee.

Limited driveway parking is available for an extra $100 Lots of street parking that’s always available

House is located in Orleans, closest main intersection is Innes Rd. & Portobello Blvd. 20 minute drive to Centretown 3 different bus routes within 5-10 minute walk

2 very friendly, quiet dogs live in the basement. They come through the main living area to go outside and will occasionally be in the main living area with their owners present but spend 90% of their time downstairs. Other pets will be considered

Room 1 - queen bed, nightstand, walk in closet - $750/month

Room 2 - queen bed, nightstand, walk in closet - $750/month

Room 3 (slightly larger) - queen bed, nightstands, small seating area, walk in closet - $800/month

Weekly rental also available $250/week
