• space is a 1000sq feet garden suite on the first floor of a house with a private backyard, covered patio space, and free street parking

• large kitchen with a dishwasher, lots of cupboard space, all kitchen utensils/appliances and a dining table set included

• shared bathroom with a washer and dryer for laundry and a wide soaker tub for baths
