Two students are currently living in the apartment. One from McGilll and one from Concordia. Requirements from the current roommate: We dont always party in our apartment, is that okay with you? We keep our apartment very clean, would you be willing to do the same? We split apartment expenses, i.e. cleaning stuff, basic requirements. Rent of everymonth should be paid by 1st of every month, no delays We dont make much noises in the apartment.
