Coronation Avenue

The suite is on the main level of the house with a small suite above (rented by a quiet couple with a dog). We have access through the main entrance with a large patio and fenced front yard. You would have your own room and bathroom (I have an ensuite that I would use exclusively). There is shared laundry with the suite upstairs, two living room/common areas, full kitchen with dishwasher, and a small storage. The location is amazing, just beside downtown and a short walk away from Knox! I will be the primary renter on the lease but would prefer to have some kind of roommate agreement signed. I have a dog so you must get along well with her. I have pretty much everything that would be needed for the house, so you would just need to furnish your own room (has a mattress already though).

Rent is $825 plus utilities.

You would be sharing the suite with me(Bronwyn) and my dog(Mavis). I am 26 years old and I work for the City of Kelowna as an urban planner. I have a lot of house plants, so the house is covered in them, and I like to do projects that will hopefully improve the house! I’m hoping to start a vegetable garden this summer so if you know anything about gardening, that would be awesome! I am pretty chill and prefer a mixture of friendliness and appreciation for alone time in the home. Mavis is just under a year old, she is taking obedience training and is fairly well behaved but still a puppy so if you would like to know more about her daily behaviour, just let me know. I am open for who I am looking for as a roommate, but the most important thing to me is that you’re respectful to my home, my dog, and me. Having a comfortable and welcoming home is a must so I want to find someone I click with and who can communicate openly.
