Looking for a roommate to join our lease. Once approved and signed can move in ASAP lease goes until April 30th 2021 at $550/month and can be renewed. It’s at 240 Bernard Ave. in London Ontario within walking distance from Western university and it’s affiliate schools, as well as a short bus ride to Fanshawe. It’s a five person house but you will have a room completely to yourself and all the privacy you need. It has two full bathrooms and two full kitchens. Washing machines and utilities included just not wifi but we can have you split our cost and join ours. If interested send a message and more details and photos will be available.
