Been here 5 months, large rental suite upstairs… hardly hear them. Quiet house for most of time. Big hedge outside cuts traffic noise. Kitchen doubles as social site. 2 bedrooms, ground level ,unfurnished bedroom room-blinds on window.+ security bars. Bedroom Door with lock on it.I’m a single mature gent, non-tobacco smoker, full time day job+ limited seasonal actor.Very open minded to all ages.

There is just me and you, pets subject to landlord approval( they do not live on premises). Wifi shared, laundry included. Laminate floor in bedrooms, ceramic tiles throughout,subject to owners’ approval /screening etc.
