Located in Rockway Crescent, 5 mins away from Algonquin College. Rent is $725/month. Its month to month, so no lease. I have high speed Bell Fibe internet (1 gbps). 3 mins walking distance from the bus stop (route 88). Parking is available at extra cost. Free Access to indoor Gym, 2 swimming pools, one outdoor (can be seen from our balcony) and the other one is indoor in the main building. Building is pet friendly.
About the roomies
You will be sharing the apartment with me. I work in IT during the day and work on some side projects or game streaming in the evening depending upon my mood. I play tons of board games as well. I love to go hiking or cycling over the weekends. I do not smoke. I am looking for a quiet and clean roommate who does not necessarily have to be like minded but should be open minded and respectful to others.
