Bay Street

This is a condo unit is located at 801 Bay St. Right at the intersection of Bay and College St. Heart of Downtown Toronto and near the Financial District. 10 minutes to Eaton Centre, 10 minutes to UofT, 10 minutes to Ryerson. Close to four subway stations (within 10 minutes). This room is a den, isolated with a thick grey curtain to ensure privacy. The other roommates are very mindful and keep quiet so that noise is not a problem. The unit has 2 full washrooms in total, so you will share a washroom with 1 other lady. The room comes with the following: a twin size bed, study desk, tall shelf, large closet space, and storage space for clothes. The rent is $775/month (including water and heat) and does not include hydro and internet, which we will provide, but it will be of extra cost based on usage.

You will be living with 3 other friendly ladies. We are in our mid 20s. 2 of us are undergraduate students at UofT and one of us is a University of Waterloo graduate who is working from home in a tech career. Most of the time, these ladies work silently in their rooms. This is a clean apartment. We are responsible with cleaning, but not over the top. So we will not bug you. But ideally we are looking for a lady that is clean herself and is respectful and able to live with roommates. All of the roommates are non-smokers and we are looking for a non-smoker.
