Additional Info: This house is beautiful, clean and organized with lots of sunlight! I have decorated it tastefully with artwork, plants and quality furniture so I’m looking for a respectful roommate who takes pride in their living environment. I have upgraded the kitchen and installed white granite countertops and a new facet since the photos were taken! The backyard is fully fenced and there are two parking spaces (they’re currently rented but we can work out it out if you need one). The neighborhood is beautiful, literal steps to a massive park, great patios, grocery store(s) and a gym. The 63 runs every 2 minutes south and north… Ossington station is a 5 minute walk or few mins by bus so getting around the city is EASY! Your room is very large with a great closet and east facing windows. You can easily fit a full queen size bed set with a desk for your work needs. My roommate has found a house with his partner so the space is available either November 1st or December 1st.

I’m very chill and laid back… you won’t see me too often. I like to keep the space clean and organized and I take pride in how nice the place looks with furnishings, artwork and plants. I love sports and watch Sunday football religiously… I pretty much have watch everything on Netflix and Amazon prime too.

Alex is a masters student who has lived abroad for 5+ years studying so he cooks some pretty unreal food! I rarely ever see him, hes probably the most quiet respectful roommate I’ve ever had.
