In times where working from home is the new norm, this is perfect for a professional or graduate student. The rooms are 9x13 with double closet and 9.5x10.5. The tenant will also have a private bathroom.

The unfurnished rooms are in a 3 story + basement townhouse near St-Laurent and Donald. The house is a skip and a hop away from the aviation parkway and paths and easy access to the 417.

There is a small backyard with a patio table and on the kitchen balcony there is a natural gas bbq. Laundry is in the basement. Central heating and AC. Fireplace in the living room. Lots of storage space. 2 full and one half bathrooms. Mix of carpet and hardwood floors.

Utilities are approx. $150/month each.

In these COVID times, I would like to reduce the number of visits and so if you’re interested please send me a note and we can coordinate a video chat, learn a bit about one another and then see if a visit is in order. Looking forward to meeting you!

The living space is shared with myself, mid-30s female, and my cat. I enjoy a clean space but am always ready to make a mess in the kitchen with some cooking and baking. I am sociable and friendly and don’t tend to spend too much time in my room. I am often out and about spending time with friends, having a beer, biking or snowboarding. At home, I’m either in the kitchen or watching some tv while knitting, finger-weaving or solving a puzzle. I occasionally work from home, though my work requires that I be on location most of the time. I speak French and English.
