About the room
I have 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment for rent available for the 1st of December. (or sooner depending on the situation.)
It is conveniently located downtown Victoria, beside the save on center. There is a bus stop half a block away.
The apartment is on the 4th floor with balcony. The bedroom for rent is partially furnished, but if you have your own furnishings I can remove or rearrange however you like.
There is Coin laundry on every floor.
The monthly rent is $775.00/month,
Not including utilities.
Damage deposit is half the monthly rent.
The building has basement level, Off street parking for additional cost.
I have a super friendly long haired cat, but can’t have anymore pets.
