About the room
Located right between Guy Concorida and atwater Metro, walk to three separate metro stations in minutes. Across the street from a grocery store and multiple restaurants, stores, etc. A movie theater and gym are only a block away.
The room gets lots of light during the daytime and comes with everything, Heat, AC, hydro, etc. The only thing not included is Wifi.
The building has a laundry room upstairs, as well as an indoor heated pool, sauna, public study room with free wifi, and public outdoor patio on the roof.
WILL BE AVALIBLE FOR EITHER DECEMBER 1ST OR JANUARY 1ST I’m very flexible when it comes to moving dates While The room is not furnished I am willing to sell my furniture if you like the room.
About the roomies
I’m moving out so your two new roomates will be Subjeet and Katina, both 22 and 27 years old and both working young professionals. They are very quiet and polite and we all make sure to keep up with household chores together. We are mindful of each other’s space.
