Hi all. Looking for a roommate to share a great house in the Glebe. One block from Lansdowne and Bank St. Move in date January 1.

Rent is 1,563$ (weird price I know lol). So your half would be 781.50$. Plus utilities which are about 75-100$.

Two bedroom with 1.5 bathrooms. Living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, plenty of storage, backyard, and a huge front porch.

Your bedroom would be in the basement. It’s the largest room in the house and fully finished (see attached pictures). I live there right now (I’ll be moving upstairs) and it’s great and pretty soundproof. You will of course have use of the full house! The parking place is full, but there’s plenty of street parking (you have to pay through the city, but I may be able to sell you my current pass).
